Clarity Companion — Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Effective Date: August 14, 2026
1. Introduction and Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Clarity Companion. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clarity Companion, including its website, guided conversations, Case workspace, Action Plans, Scripture references, Prayer Notes, follow-up features, and related services.
Clarity Companion is operated by Dwaine Taylor, dba BoostLink Associates, LLC, referred to in these Terms as “Clarity Companion,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By creating or using an account, accepting these Terms, or using Clarity Companion after being presented with these Terms, you agree to be bound by them and by the Privacy Policy incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Clarity Companion.
Where these Terms refer to a “Case,” that term means a situation or matter that an adult account holder creates within Clarity Companion for the purpose of thinking it through using the service.
2. Purpose of Clarity Companion
Clarity Companion is an AI-based conversation companion designed to help people think through difficult situations and important decisions using biblical principles, thoughtful questions, Scripture, reflection, and practical next steps.
The purpose of Clarity Companion is to encourage thoughtful consideration and biblical discernment. It is designed to help users examine facts, assumptions, concerns, relationships, desired outcomes, biblical principles, and possible courses of action.
Clarity Companion does not make decisions for users. You remain responsible for evaluating the information and suggestions presented and for deciding what actions, if any, you take.
Clarity Companion may provide Scripture references and discuss biblical principles, but it does not claim divine authority, revelation, inspiration, or an ability to determine God's specific will for an individual.
3. Not Professional or Emergency Services
Clarity Companion is not therapy or professional counseling and is not a substitute for services provided by a qualified counselor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, financial professional, or other licensed or qualified professional.
Clarity Companion is also not a pastor, clergy member, church, or substitute for pastoral or spiritual counseling from a trusted human being when such help is appropriate.
Information, questions, Scripture references, observations, suggestions, Action Plans, or other material provided through Clarity Companion should not be understood as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Clarity Companion is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon to respond to an emergency or imminent danger. When circumstances require emergency assistance or immediate professional intervention, users should seek appropriate human or emergency help rather than relying on Clarity Companion.
4. Artificial Intelligence
Clarity Companion uses artificial intelligence to provide its guided conversation and certain related features, including generation of Action Plans.
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or mistaken. Scripture references, factual statements, interpretations, suggestions, and other AI-generated material should be considered thoughtfully rather than assumed to be correct merely because Clarity Companion produced them.
To maintain context, stored Case conversation history may be processed again by third-party AI services when a user continues a conversation or generates features such as an Action Plan, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
Prayer Notes are not sent to the AI under the current implementation.
Users should exercise their own judgment and, where appropriate, verify important information independently or discuss a matter with a trusted and appropriately qualified person.
5. Biblical Perspective
Clarity Companion is intentionally designed from a Christian, Bible-centered perspective. Its questions, observations, Scripture references, principles, and suggestions may reflect Christian beliefs and biblical teachings.
Users do not have to agree with those beliefs in order to use Clarity Companion, but they should understand that the service is not intended to be religiously neutral or to conceal its biblical foundation.
Clarity Companion may discuss subjects such as God, Jesus Christ, salvation, repentance, prayer, forgiveness, relationships, personal responsibility, morality, and other matters addressed in Scripture when they are relevant to a conversation.
Such discussions are intended to assist reflection and biblical understanding. They do not establish a pastor-member, clergy-penitent, counselor-client, therapist-patient, attorney-client, physician-patient, fiduciary, or similar professional or confidential relationship between the user and Clarity Companion, Dwaine Taylor, BoostLink Associates, LLC, or the AI system.
6. Eligibility and Adult Accounts
Clarity Companion accounts are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
When registering or when otherwise required by the service, you may be asked to provide your date of birth so that your age can be verified. Under the current implementation, the date of birth is used to determine whether you meet the age requirement and is not retained after that determination. Clarity Companion may retain a record that age eligibility was verified, the date of verification, and, when applicable, that an account was blocked because the age requirement was not satisfied.
You agree to provide accurate information when completing age verification and not to misrepresent your age in order to obtain access to the service.
An individual under age 18 may not establish or independently use a Clarity Companion account.
7. Adult Cases Involving Minors
An adult account holder may create or use a Case to think through a situation concerning or involving a person under age 18.
Doing so does not create an account, profile, login, or other user relationship between the minor and Clarity Companion. The adult remains the account holder and the person using the service.
When a Case is identified as involving a minor, Clarity Companion may collect limited contextual information such as the adult's relationship to the minor and the minor's general age range so that the conversation can take the minor's age and circumstances into consideration.
Users should provide only information about a minor that is reasonably necessary to understand the situation and should avoid unnecessary identifying or sensitive information. In particular, users should not provide information such as a minor's Social Security number, financial-account information, passwords, precise address, or other identifying information that is unnecessary to the conversation.
Clarity Companion is not a child counselor, therapist, physician, attorney, child-protection professional, or substitute for appropriate parental, professional, governmental, or emergency assistance.
8. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Clarity Companion account and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to it.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the account only as permitted by these Terms.
You should protect your password and authentication information and should not knowingly allow another person to use your credentials to impersonate you or gain unauthorized access to private Case information.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should take reasonable steps to secure it, including changing applicable credentials or contacting Clarity Companion at mail@boostlink.associates when assistance is needed.
Clarity Companion may use email or other available authentication mechanisms for account confirmation, password recovery, security, or other account-related purposes.
9. Cases and Information You Provide
Clarity Companion allows an account holder to create separate Cases for situations the user wishes to think through.
A Case may contain information supplied by the user as well as information generated through the service, including conversation history, people involved, desired outcomes, summaries, key facts, missing information, biblical principles, Scripture references, Action Plans, open questions, follow-up information, and Prayer Notes.
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into a Case.
Because difficult personal situations may involve other people, you should exercise reasonable judgment about the amount and type of information you provide. Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, authentication credentials, or other highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the purpose of the conversation.
Information concerning other people, including circumstances in which using a person's real name may reasonably be appropriate, is addressed further in Section 17.
The collection, storage, processing, AI use, and deletion of information are described more fully in the Privacy Policy.
10. User Responsibility for Decisions and Actions
Clarity Companion is intended to assist you in thinking through a situation. It does not assume responsibility for your decisions, conduct, relationships, communications, or resulting outcomes.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to accept, reject, modify, verify, or act upon any question, suggestion, biblical principle, Scripture reference, Action Plan, or other information presented through the service.
Circumstances described to Clarity Companion may be incomplete, inaccurate, disputed, or understood differently by other people involved. The service ordinarily has access only to the information supplied to it and should not be assumed to know facts that have not been provided or independently verified.
You should use appropriate judgment before taking significant action based on a Clarity Companion conversation. When a situation warrants assistance from a qualified professional, pastor, trusted person, appropriate authority, or emergency service, Clarity Companion should not be used as a substitute for that assistance.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of Clarity Companion is also governed by the Clarity Companion Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, stored, processed, used, and deleted in connection with the service.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Clarity Companion uses third-party service providers to operate portions of the service, including infrastructure, authentication, database, email, payment, and artificial-intelligence services as applicable. Information may therefore be processed by service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms before using Clarity Companion.
12. Sensitive and Unnecessary Personal Information
Clarity Companion is designed to help users think through situations, not to serve as a repository for highly sensitive identification, authentication, or financial information.
You should not provide information that is unnecessary to the purpose of your conversation, particularly:
• passwords or authentication credentials;
• Social Security numbers or similar government identification numbers;
• credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account numbers;
• cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials; or
• other highly sensitive identifying information that is unnecessary to understand the situation.
This caution applies both to information about yourself and information about other people.
Clarity Companion may sometimes need contextual information about relationships or circumstances in order to provide a useful conversation. Users should nevertheless exercise reasonable judgment and provide only the level of personal detail reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Additional provisions concerning information about other people appear in Section 17.
13. Storage and Processing of Case Information
Case information is saved so that an account holder can return to a Case, continue the conversation, review previous information, and use related Clarity Companion features.
Under the current implementation, this may include the full stored conversation history for a Case rather than merely a summary of previous messages.
Stored Case conversation history may be processed by third-party artificial-intelligence services when necessary to provide the guided conversation, maintain conversational context, generate an Action Plan, or provide other AI-supported features described by the service.
Use of outside service providers for operational processing does not mean that Clarity Companion sells Case conversations or provides them to those providers for advertising or their independent marketing purposes.
Provider-controlled matters such as infrastructure logging, security records, technical telemetry, or provider retention may be governed by the applicable provider's practices and are addressed further in the Privacy Policy.
14. Prayer Notes
Clarity Companion may provide a place within a Case for the account holder to write personal Prayer Notes.
Under the current implementation, Prayer Notes are not included in the information sent to the AI service for the guided conversation or Action Plan generation.
Prayer Notes are stored as part of the user's Case so that the user can return to them. They are protected by the access controls applicable to the Case.
Clarity Companion does not promise that any electronically stored information is absolutely private, confidential, or immune from unauthorized access. The Privacy Policy provides additional information about data handling, service providers, security limitations, and administrative access.
If Clarity Companion's handling of Prayer Notes materially changes in a future version of the service, applicable disclosures and policies should be updated accordingly.
15. Access, Retention, and Deletion
Clarity Companion provides account holders with controls for managing Cases and, under the current implementation, for deleting individual Cases and deleting their accounts.
Deleting a Case is intended to remove information associated with that Case according to the application's implemented deletion process, subject to technical, legal, security, provider, backup, or other retention circumstances described in the Privacy Policy or required by applicable law.
Deleting an account is intended to remove information associated with that account according to the application's implemented account-deletion process, subject to similar limitations.
Some information that is not part of a private Case may be handled differently. For example, information a user has separately authorized for publication, information maintained by an independent payment provider, or information that applicable law requires to be retained may not necessarily be governed by the same deletion process.
Clarity Companion does not guarantee instantaneous deletion from every backup, log, infrastructure system, independent service provider, or other system outside its direct control.
16. Your Content
You retain responsibility for and any rights you may have in information, text, Prayer Notes, testimonial submissions, feedback, and other material that you provide to Clarity Companion (“User Content”).
By providing User Content through Clarity Companion, you authorize Clarity Companion and its service providers to store, process, transmit, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the service, subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Providing User Content does not give Clarity Companion permission to publish your private Case conversation.
Testimonials and other material that a user separately and expressly authorizes for publication are governed by the applicable permission choices presented when that material is submitted.
You represent that you have the right to provide the User Content you submit and that your use of Clarity Companion will not knowingly violate another person's rights or applicable law.
17. Information About Other People
Clarity Companion recognizes that meaningful discussion of a personal situation may sometimes require talking about other people. These Terms therefore do not prohibit mentioning another person by his or her real name when doing so is reasonably appropriate to explain or think through a situation.
However, you should exercise reasonable care when providing information about another person and should provide only the information reasonably necessary to understand the situation.
Whenever practical, consider identifying another person by relationship, first name, or another less identifying description rather than supplying unnecessary identifying information.
You should not provide another person's passwords, Social Security number, financial-account information, authentication credentials, private cryptocurrency information, precise address, or other highly sensitive identifying information that is unnecessary to the conversation.
The fact that Clarity Companion permits reasonable references to another person does not mean that person has consented to the user's description of events, that Clarity Companion has verified the information, or that the service has heard the other person's perspective.
Additional guidance concerning sensitive information appears in Section 12.
18. Testimonials and Publication Permission
Clarity Companion may allow users to voluntarily submit testimonials or descriptions of their experience with the service.
Submitting a testimonial is optional. It is not required to use Clarity Companion, continue a Case, conclude or resolve a Case, receive the same assistance as other users, or make or decline a voluntary gift.
A private Case conversation is not automatically converted into a testimonial. A testimonial consists of material the user separately chooses to submit through the testimonial feature.
Clarity Companion will not treat the act of typing testimonial text by itself as permission for public use. Publication permission must be affirmatively provided through the choices presented to the user.
When a user authorizes publication, the user may be offered choices concerning how his or her name is displayed. An option described as “anonymous” concerns public display; the underlying testimonial record may remain associated internally with the user's account and, where applicable, the Case from which it was submitted, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Clarity Companion may review, decline to publish, edit with appropriate regard for the user's meaning and permission, or remove a testimonial from public use. Authorization to publish a testimonial does not require Clarity Companion to publish it.
19. Clarity Companion Content and Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and material owned by third parties, the Clarity Companion service—including its original design, organization, branding, software, prompts and workflows where protectable, explanatory material, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Dwaine Taylor, dba BoostLink Associates, LLC, and is protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
These Terms give you permission to use Clarity Companion for its intended purposes. They do not transfer ownership of Clarity Companion or its underlying technology, branding, or proprietary material to you.
You may use the results of your own Clarity Companion conversations and Action Plans for your own lawful personal purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, exploit, interfere with, or attempt to appropriate substantial portions of Clarity Companion's proprietary service or materials except as permitted by law or with prior permission.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of the Bible, third-party Bible translations, third-party services, trademarks, or other material belonging to their respective owners.
20. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Clarity Companion or use it in a manner that interferes with the service or the rights or safety of others.
Prohibited conduct includes:
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, Case, or private information;
• attempting to bypass authentication, age verification, policy acceptance, access controls, security measures, or usage restrictions;
• introducing malicious code or intentionally disrupting, damaging, overloading, or impairing the service;
• using automated means to scrape, harvest, systematically copy, or extract substantial portions of the service without permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise;
• using Clarity Companion to impersonate another person, commit fraud, or knowingly facilitate unlawful conduct;
• knowingly submitting material that you do not have a lawful right to submit;
• attempting to obtain passwords, private keys, financial credentials, or other sensitive information belonging to another person through the service; or
• using Clarity Companion in a manner that violates applicable law.
Clarity Companion may take reasonable steps to protect the service, its users, and others from misuse, including restricting or terminating access when appropriate under these Terms.
These restrictions are intended to prevent misuse of the service, not to prohibit a user from honestly describing a difficult, controversial, painful, or morally serious situation for the purpose for which Clarity Companion was designed.
21. Free Use and Voluntary Gifts
Clarity Companion is currently offered without requiring payment for use of its conversation service.
Users and other visitors may be given an opportunity to make a voluntary gift to help keep Clarity Companion available without charge to others. Making a gift is never required to create or continue a Case, receive assistance, use available features, conclude or resolve a Case, or otherwise receive the same Clarity Companion service available to users who do not give.
A public giving option may also be available to people who do not have a Clarity Companion account.
Gifts may be made through one or more payment methods made available through Clarity Companion from time to time. Depending on current availability, these may include services such as PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, or cryptocurrency such as USDT on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network.
PayPal's current Clarity Companion donation page may allow a donor to choose among one-time, monthly, or yearly giving. Recurring gifts are administered through the applicable payment provider, and the provider's terms and procedures govern matters such as processing, changing, or cancelling a recurring payment.
Clarity Companion may change the giving methods it makes available without changing the voluntary nature of giving.
Gifts are received by Dwaine Taylor, dba BoostLink Associates, LLC. Neither Clarity Companion nor Dwaine Taylor, dba BoostLink Associates, LLC is represented as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, and gifts should not be assumed to be charitable contributions deductible for income-tax purposes.
Questions concerning a gift, including a payment that may have been made in error, may be directed to mail@boostlink.associates. Refunds, cancellations, reversals, or corrections may also depend upon the rules and technical capabilities of the applicable payment provider or payment network. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible.
22. Payment Providers and Cryptocurrency
Payments and cryptocurrency transfers are handled through independent payment providers or networks rather than through an internal Clarity Companion payment-processing system.
Clarity Companion does not intentionally request or maintain your payment-card number, bank-account credentials, cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, or similar payment credentials.
When you choose an outside payment provider, information you provide to that provider is governed by its applicable terms, privacy practices, security procedures, and payment rules.
Where USDT giving on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network is made available, the donor is responsible for verifying the receiving address, cryptocurrency, and network before sending funds. Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible, and sending an asset over the wrong network or to an incorrect address can result in permanent loss.
Clarity Companion does not maintain its own database recording completed gifts, transaction IDs, cryptocurrency transaction hashes, payment methods actually used, or donor payment credentials under the current implementation.
Public giving is not intentionally associated with private Case content, and giving/payment information is not sent to the AI as part of a private Case conversation.
23. Availability of the Service
Clarity Companion is provided on an as-available basis.
We may maintain, update, repair, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the service from time to time. Access may also be affected by internet connectivity, hosting providers, database services, authentication services, AI providers, payment providers, maintenance, security events, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee that Clarity Companion will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, or third-party service.
Users should not rely on Clarity Companion as the sole repository for information that they cannot afford to lose.
Nothing in this section changes the current policy that no payment is required to use the Clarity Companion conversation service.
24. Changes to Clarity Companion
Clarity Companion may evolve over time. Features, interfaces, workflows, AI providers or models, third-party services, giving methods, content, and technical functionality may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued.
When a change materially affects how personal information is handled, applicable disclosures and the Privacy Policy should be updated as appropriate.
When a change requires amendment of these Terms, an updated version may be presented for acceptance. The policy-version system may record the version accepted and the date of acceptance.
Changes to the service do not authorize Clarity Companion to disregard commitments contained in the version of the Privacy Policy or Terms that applies to information or conduct at the relevant time, subject to applicable law and any properly disclosed amendments.
25. Account and Service Communications
Clarity Companion may communicate with you when reasonably necessary to administer your account or provide the service. Such communications may include account confirmation, authentication, password recovery, security notices, policy notices, or other service-related messages.
Under the current implementation, Case follow-up questions are presented within Clarity Companion rather than being sent as Case follow-up marketing emails.
Clarity Companion does not currently operate a promotional mailing list or send promotional or marketing email as part of the service described by these Terms.
If optional promotional or other nonessential communications are introduced in the future, applicable disclosures and legally required choices or unsubscribe mechanisms should be provided as appropriate.
Authentication and other necessary account or security communications may still be sent when needed to operate or protect an account.
26. Suspension or Termination of Access
Clarity Companion may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or others; respond to suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or security concerns; enforce these Terms; comply with legal obligations; or address conduct that materially interferes with operation of the service.
Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address a problem before terminating access, but we are not required to do so when immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, prevention of harm, or protection of the service or others.
An account may also be blocked when the account holder does not satisfy the service's age requirement.
Termination or restriction of access does not transfer ownership of User Content to Clarity Companion or authorize publication of private Case conversations.
A user may separately choose to delete individual Cases or the user's account using available deletion controls, subject to the Privacy Policy and the limitations described in these Terms.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clarity Companion is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, except for rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Without limiting the foregoing, Clarity Companion does not warrant that:
• the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• AI-generated responses will always be accurate, complete, appropriate, current, or free from error;
• every Scripture reference, interpretation, observation, recommendation, or Action Plan will be correct or suitable for a particular situation;
• the service will identify every relevant fact, risk, concern, biblical principle, legal issue, medical issue, safety issue, or alternative course of action;
• use of the service will produce a particular spiritual, personal, relational, financial, legal, medical, or other result; or
• information stored through the service can never be lost, corrupted, accessed without authorization, or affected by circumstances outside Clarity Companion's reasonable control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where such law applies, this section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dwaine Taylor, dba BoostLink Associates, LLC, and Clarity Companion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Clarity Companion.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, damages or losses arising from decisions or actions taken in reliance on AI-generated responses, Action Plans, Scripture references, suggestions, technical failures, interruptions, loss of data, unauthorized access, third-party services, or circumstances described by a user through the service.
Clarity Companion is intended to assist users in thinking through situations; responsibility for personal decisions and actions remains with the user as described in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any liability for which applicable law requires a different standard.
29. Third-Party Services
Clarity Companion depends upon or may provide access to services operated by third parties, including hosting, database, authentication, artificial-intelligence, email, payment, cryptocurrency-network, and other technology providers.
Those services are not controlled entirely by Clarity Companion. Their availability, security, functionality, data practices, retention practices, terms, fees, and other operations may be governed by the respective provider.
A link to or integration with a third-party service does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every aspect of that service.
When you leave Clarity Companion to use a third-party website or payment service, your interaction with that service is governed by the terms and privacy practices applicable to that provider.
Clarity Companion is not responsible for acts, omissions, outages, errors, losses, or other conduct of independent third-party providers to the extent permitted by applicable law.
30. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your intentional or unlawful misuse of Clarity Companion, your material violation of these Terms, or User Content that you knowingly submit without the legal right to do so.
This provision is not intended to make a user responsible merely because another person disagrees with the user's account of a personal situation, because the user seeks help concerning a difficult matter, or because the user makes an ordinary good-faith mistake while using the service.
Clarity Companion may control the defense or settlement of a claim for which indemnification is properly sought, provided that no settlement requiring a user to admit wrongdoing or undertake a material nonmonetary obligation will be entered on that user's behalf without the user's consent where such consent is required by applicable law.
This section applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
31. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to Clarity Companion or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable federal law or other law that cannot validly be waived or displaced applies.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights or protections that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive.
32. Disputes and Venue
Before filing a legal action concerning Clarity Companion, you are encouraged to contact us at mail@boostlink.associates and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or Clarity Companion shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in North Carolina, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief where necessary to protect legal rights or prevent immediate harm, nor does it prevent a user from exercising rights that applicable law permits to be pursued in another jurisdiction.
These Terms do not require arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in Clarity Companion, applicable law, service providers, features, security practices, or other relevant circumstances.
Each published version should identify its version number and effective date.
When a change is material or requires renewed agreement, Clarity Companion may require the account holder to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use applicable portions of the service.
The version-acceptance system may record the Terms version accepted and the date and time of acceptance.
Continued use alone will not be treated as acceptance of a revised version when the application specifically requires affirmative acceptance of that version.
34. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where appropriate, severed from these Terms without invalidating the remaining provisions.
A failure or delay by Clarity Companion to enforce a provision of these Terms does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
Any waiver must apply only to the particular circumstances for which it is given unless applicable law requires otherwise.
35. Free Service, Future Changes, and Voluntary Support
Clarity Companion's conversation service is currently provided without requiring payment.
Voluntary gifts help support the availability and operation of the service, but giving does not entitle a donor to different treatment, additional Case assistance, preferred AI responses, a particular outcome, or other benefits not available on the same basis to users who do not give.
Nothing in these Terms requires Clarity Companion to solicit or accept gifts, maintain a particular giving method, or continue using a particular payment provider.
Clarity Companion may change, add, remove, or discontinue features or services in the future as described in Section 24. If a future offering includes an optional paid product, service, or feature, its price and applicable terms must be disclosed before a user agrees to purchase it.
No user will be charged merely because the user has a Clarity Companion account or uses a Case unless the user separately and affirmatively agrees to a clearly disclosed charge.
Any future change involving charges does not convert a previous voluntary gift into payment for Clarity Companion services.
36. Entire Agreement and Contact Information
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented and accepted for a particular feature or service, constitute the agreement between you and Dwaine Taylor, dba BoostLink Associates, LLC concerning your use of Clarity Companion.
If an additional term applicable to a particular feature conflicts with these Terms, the more specific term will govern that feature to the extent of the conflict, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Headings are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.
Questions concerning these Terms, privacy, account matters, or Clarity Companion may be directed to:
